Orders

✓  All orders are subject to product availability

✓  We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a product is out of stock

✓  Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or SMS

✓  We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change without prior notice. The price shown at the time of placing your order is the final confirmed price. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

✓  COD is available on all orders across Pakistan

✓  Payment is due in full upon delivery

✗  Refusing delivery after dispatch may result in being blocked from future COD orders

✗  Repeated order cancellations or delivery refusals may result in account suspension

Delivery

✓  We aim to deliver within 2–5 working days

✓  Delivery times are estimates and may vary

✓  Free delivery on orders above Rs.5,000

✗  We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Please refer to our full Return Policy for complete details.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. Product colors may vary slightly from images shown due to screen display differences. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time.

SwiftLogicStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any loss caused by misuse of our products.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
