Delivery Timeframes

Delivery Charges

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on ALL orders across Pakistan. No advance payment or card required. Simply place your order and pay when the parcel arrives at your door.

Order Processing

✓  Orders placed before 2pm PKT are processed same day

✓  Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next working day

✓  Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays

✓  You will receive a WhatsApp or SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. Use this to track your parcel directly with our courier partner. For tracking help contact us at +92 339 0771503.

Courier Partners

We use TCS, Leopards Courier and other reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery across all of Pakistan. Courier partner may vary based on your location and product size.

Delivery Attempts

✓  Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times

✓  Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel

✓  If delivery fails 3 times the parcel is returned to us

✓  Re-delivery charges may apply for returned parcels

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +92 339 0771503. Take photos or video of the damaged parcel before opening. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Important Notes

✓  Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout

✓  Include your nearest landmark or area name for easier delivery

✓  Keep your phone reachable — courier may call before delivery
