Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes! We offer COD on all orders across Pakistan. Pay when your order arrives at your door — no advance payment required.

How long does delivery take?

Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–3 working days. Other cities and remote areas: 3–5 working days.

Is delivery free?

Free delivery on orders above Rs.5,000. A small courier fee applies on orders below Rs.5,000 which is shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched we will send you a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this to track your parcel with our courier partner.

Which courier do you use?

We use TCS, Leopards and other reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery across all of Pakistan.

Orders & Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — contact us on WhatsApp at +92 339 0771503 immediately after placing your order. We can cancel free of charge if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Can I return a product?

Yes — we have a 7-day easy return policy. Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Take a photo or video immediately and WhatsApp us at +92 339 0771503. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item refunds are processed within 3–5 working days via EasyPaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer.

100% yes. We only sell genuine products. Every item is quality checked before dispatch. We do not sell counterfeit or replica products.

Do products come with warranty?

Most products come with a 7-day replacement guarantee from SwiftLogicStore. For extended warranty please check the individual product description or contact us.

No minimum order amount. You can order any single product. Free delivery applies on orders above Rs.5,000.
