How to Return — Step by Step

Send Photos or Video

Share clear photos or a short video showing the issue. This helps us process your return faster.

Return Approval

We will review and confirm approval within 24 hours. Do not ship anything back without our confirmation.

Ship the Item Back

Pack securely in original packaging and ship via TCS or Leopards. Share tracking number with us on WhatsApp.

Refund or Replacement

Once received and inspected your refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Damaged on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged take a photo or video immediately and WhatsApp us at +92 339 0771503. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required for items damaged in transit.

COD Order Cancellations
